About us
Behavioral neurology is a subspecialty of neurology. It covers the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders – that means dysfunctions of cognition, behaviour and emotions. The main topics are:
- clinical measurement of functional mental disorders caused by brain injury
- investigation of the anatomical and biological foundation of mental disorders
- analysis of the pathogenesis of mental disorders
- delivery of evidence concerning the etiology
- statements to the course and prognosis of mental disorders
